The scale and complexity of this project threw up some interesting challenges. With variations in structure, level, and finished use, we had to tackle almost every conceivable waterproofing detail, so working closely with the design team was crucial to ensure that “as-drawn” became “as-built”.
Paralon waterproofing was installed to flat roofs, roof terraces and podium areas. The Roof–Pro System - which supports roof-mounted technology such as air-con units without penetrating the waterproofing - was widely used to allow change use in the units below.
