If something works perfectly in Phase 1, it makes sense to use it again in Phase 2. That’s why, in this extensive development of office units on Dublin’s Northside, the Paralon System was used in every Phase to roof every unit - from the first to the last.
The simplicity and functionality of the product also lent itself to the multitude of unusual requirements that arose on the project – including waterproofing beneath a tennis court.
