This prestigious hotel and office development is located in the heart of Cork City, so space was at a premium. Ingeniously, the design team used the roof area as a working platform, on which they installed Paralon’s high performance torch-bonded vapour barrier and completed the roof exterior.
In addition, the roof had to support air-conditioning units and other heavy plant machinery required in a luxurious modern building. With our innovative Roof-Pro (www.roof-pro.co.uk ) System, the team created sturdy supports, without penetrating the waterproof membrane with uprights.
