Paralon
The Paralon Series of high performance, polymer-modified bitumen waterproofing, provides a complete range of membranes for use in modern building and civil construction projects.
This reliable roof waterproofing system has been in use since 1981, and has an excellent reputation for quality and durability. An estimated 15 million square metres of waterproofing has been installed here in Ireland, through the Paralon Network of Authorised Roofing Contractors.
Typical Applications in Roofing:
- Warm and Cold Roof Systems with insulation above and below the roof substrate.
- Inverted or Upside Roof systems with insulation above the waterproofing layer.
- Green Roofs or terraces with a combination of finishes, such as ‘Sedum’, which includes: extensive vegetation mats and grass/plant “intensive” systems, and paving, decking, or hard finishes for access and recreational purposes including planters and ponds.
- Sloped or low pitched roofs, which require a specific colour or aesthetic finish.
