For this project, the existing waterproofing system was leaking and had come to the end of its serviceable life.
The solution was to utilise the existing Asphalt as a vapour control layer, install 100mm Paratorch insulation to upgrade the thermal properties of the roof and to provide a new Paralon 2 layer waterproofing system covered by 20 year warranty.
