Moy Materials (Northern) Ltd are pleased to announce the installation of 2200m2 of our Imper Paralon High Performance Felt Membranes at Blythswood House in Glasgow.
This existing building was being refurbished to create new student accommodation. The existing flat roof areas were surveyed by Moy Materials technical staff and a condition report was submitted to Cooper Cromar Associates. The Paralon 2 Layer waterproofing system was installed incorporating new insulation to current building standards. On completion of the project a 20 year material and workmanship warranty was issued.
